   The use of this Website and the provision of Services shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions, and their use implies acceptance of them by the User. If the User rejects these Terms and Conditions, they must immediately cease using the Website.

   NUAURA may change or update these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Data Protection and Privacy Policy for each subdomain, in whole or in part, without prior notice, with any changes or updates taking effect as soon as they are published in the respective section of the Website.    Services

   1. Scope of Services

   NUAURA provides: (a) digital services for the analysis and visualization of wellness and performance data, nutritional plans, and lifestyle recommendations based on information and laboratory test results provided by the User; (b) a platform through which qualified healthcare professionals provide teleconsultations via videoconferencing; and (c) an AI-powered chatbot that provides informational and operational support, not intended to provide diagnosis, prescription, clinical screening, or medical advice. Some services may require account registration, payment, technical compatibility of the User's device, and internet access.

   2. Laboratory Test Data and Other Health Information

   For some services, the User may upload clinical test results and other health data. By doing so, the User declares that they have the right to make such data available and authorizes its processing for the purposes of providing the contracted services, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
   The quality and accuracy of the information generated depend on the quality and timeliness of the data provided.

   3. Informative Nature; Absence of Medical Advice (Data and Chatbot)

   The information, metrics, recommendations, and plans generated by the Website based on data and laboratory tests provided by the User, as well as any content presented by the artificial intelligence chatbot, are for informational and wellness purposes only and do not constitute or replace medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, or care.
   The features and results are subject to technical and data quality limitations (including absence, error, or poor quality) and are not guaranteed to be error-free or complete.
   The User should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any diet, supplementation plan, training program, or other routines that impact health.
   Use of the Website, applications, and chatbot does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

   4. Telemedicine Service

   Teleconsultations are provided by qualified healthcare professionals registered with the respective professional associations/regulatory bodies in accordance with applicable legislation.
   The service does not replace in-person care when clinically required, is not suitable for emergencies, and may involve, when clinically indicated, referrals for in-person care, tests, or electronic prescriptions.
   The User is responsible for ensuring minimum technical conditions (compatible device, camera, microphone, internet, private environment) and for providing true, accurate, and up-to-date information about their health status.
   The User's identity may be confirmed at the beginning of the consultation. The service may be refused or interrupted in cases of misuse, inadequate technical conditions, or offensive behavior.
   Under applicable law and within the scope of telemedicine services, the User has the following rights: the right to information, self-determination, timely/reasonable access, quality healthcare, privacy/confidentiality of health data, monitoring, and access to clinical information.
   Telemedicine services are provided exclusively by healthcare professionals, who retain full responsibility for all clinical decisions and the delivery of healthcare. NUAURA acts solely as a technical and infrastructural intermediary, facilitating communication and access between the healthcare professionals and the User. Under no circumstances can NUAURA be considered a participant in, or directly involved with, the provision of telemedicine services. NUAURA is not responsible for the accuracy and quality of medical advice provided by healthcare professionals in the context of teleconsultations.

   Some services may operate on a subscription model, with recurring payments and automatic renewal for the contracted period, unless canceled in advance within the applicable deadlines.
   By subscribing, the User authorizes the chosen payment method to be charged on the due dates.
   Failure to pay may lead to suspension or deactivation of access, without prejudice to the collection of amounts owed. Changes in prices or plans will be communicated in advance, and the User may cancel before they take effect.

5. 5.

   Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

   Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer, amounts paid for digital services and subscriptions are non-refundable after the service has become available, without prejudice to the rights of free termination legally applicable to consumers in distance purchases, under the applicable terms.
   For teleconsultations, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are subject to the rules communicated at the time of booking and NUAURA's internal conditions, including minimum deadlines.
   NUAURA may cancel or reschedule consultations in case of unavailability of the professional, contacting the User as far in advance as possible.

6. 6.

   Service Limitations; Non-Emergencies

   NUAURA's services are not intended for medical, clinical, or psychological emergencies. In case of serious symptoms, life-threatening situations, or sudden deterioration of health, the User should immediately seek in-person emergency care.
   NUAURA will make reasonable efforts to ensure the functioning and correction of any errors, without guaranteeing continuous availability, absence of errors, or universal compatibility.

7. 7.

   Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

   These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of disputes, the court of the district where NUAURA's headquarters are located shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of jurisdiction and applicable consumer rights.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and NUAURA regarding their subject matter, superseding any prior understandings or agreements on the same subject matter.
